Coach plans & pricing
Flat coach tiers by roster size: Starter $29, Coach $49, Business $99 per month, with annual options and no per-seat fees.
Coach plans are flat monthly (or annual) subscriptions priced by how many athletes you carry. You pay the platform — there's no per-seat surcharge.
The tiers
- Starter — $29/mo or $278/yr, up to 10 athletes
- Coach — $49/mo or $470/yr, up to 30 athletes
- Business — $99/mo or $950/yr, up to 150 athletes
- 150+ — by quote (get in touch through support)
"Flat" means the price is the same whether your roster is full or nearly empty — you're never charged per athlete on top of the tier. Starter includes the full core coaching loop; regenerating a program with "Adjust programming" requires the Coach tier or above.
Choosing and changing tiers
- Pick a plan from your dashboard and check out through Stripe.
- If you outgrow your cap, upgrade to the next tier from the same place — the app blocks new roster adds once you reach your limit.
- Manage or cancel anytime on Billing.
Coaches pay for the platform only. There is no coach payout, revenue-share, or Stripe Connect — athletes pay for their own Pro features and program purchases separately.
