How payments & cancellation work
Payments run through Stripe's secure checkout — we never store your card. Cancel yourself anytime; access lasts to the end of the period you paid for.
This explains how you're charged, where receipts go, and exactly what happens when you cancel. It applies to Athlete Pro and every Coach tier.
Secure payments through Stripe
Every payment runs through Stripe's hosted checkout. When you upgrade you're taken to Stripe's own secure page to enter your card. Composite Athlete never sees or stores your card number — Stripe handles card data and shares only your billing status with us.
Receipts
After each successful payment — your first charge and every renewal — we email a receipt to your account address, with a link to view or download the full invoice from Stripe.
Cancellation
You can cancel yourself anytime from Billing — there's no need to email support to stop a plan. Here's what canceling does:
- It stops future renewals — you won't be charged again.
- It takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then.
- Payments already made are final; canceling mid-cycle costs you nothing more but doesn't trigger a partial refund.
