A projection is a starting line, not a plan.
Composite Athlete builds the training that moves the number — run 1 included — off your real maxes and race date, regenerated from every session you log. Free tier is a real program, not a trial.
Build my plan — freeKnow your target already? The Pace Calculator turns a goal time into per-segment splits.
This is a model, not a measurement. Supplied numbers are used directly; any you leave blank are estimated from your self-rating against typical mid-pack times for your division, and every segment is adjusted for race-day fatigue (fresh benchmarks always over-predict). Your weakest segment is the one furthest above its mid-pack reference relative to the others — the highest-leverage thing to train, not a verdict. Real races vary with venue, weather, and the day you're having.
