Your roster & signals

Read your Roster board, spot athletes who need attention, and act on Signals — pain, missed sessions, and suggested reviews.

Your Roster is the triage board for everyone you coach. It groups athletes who need attention, shows engagement at a glance, and surfaces Signals you can act on.

The board

Athletes with a recent pain signal are pulled into an "Attention needed" group at the top; everyone else sits under "Roster". Each row shows the athlete with their sport and current week.

  • Compliance % of due days completed, with the count (for example 8/10 days)
  • Last logged and Last sign-in dates (or "Never signed in")
  • A pain badge when a recent session reported pain
  • A {n} to review badge for performed sessions awaiting you, or up to date

Click any row to open that athlete. If an athlete hasn't shared program access, their row reads "No program access shared" instead of program signals.

Signals

The "Signals" panel lists alerts from athlete activity plus suggested reviews. Alerts include:

  • Pain reported
  • Max effort on a recovery day
  • Session fully missed
  • Body weight shifted

Act on each alert with "Acknowledge", "Resolve", or "Dismiss" (suggested reviews use "Done" or "Dismiss"). Every signal links straight to the athlete.

Signals are prompts, not automation. As the panel says, nothing changes a program without you.
