Logging MetCon & benchmark results
Log repeat results against the named MetCons from your programs on the PRs & Maxes page to track how your performance trends over time.
Below your maxes on the PRs & Maxes page is the "MetCon library" — every named MetCon from your programs, each with a place to log your result every time you repeat it.
MetCons appear here automatically when a program containing a named MetCon is generated. An empty library just means you don't have one yet.
Log a result
- Find the workout in the "MetCon library".
- Enter your score in the format the workout uses — a time like 8:45, rounds + reps, total reps, or a load.
- Set the date you performed it, and add notes if you want (scaling, how it felt).
- Click "Log result".
Each result is stamped with its date and stacks under the workout, so you can see whether you're getting faster or stronger on the same test over time.
A score is required to log; the date and notes are optional. To remove a result, click the "×" ("Delete result") beside it.
